Okay, I recently posted about Bath and Body Works Essential Oil Candle collection (see here if you missed it) but now their autumn collection has just debuted and I have some favorites that I picked up already.

This is just a small post about life memories. I love keeping memories and my daughter loves going through the boxes that I have of all her photos, artwork, graded papers, birthday party mementos, and clothes.
I don’t have much from my childhood so I wanted to make sure that I captured my daughter’s life as much as I could. I also have kept all of my cards from her and ornaments. Keeping memories, I believe is another way of having a beautiful life. It shows your children and family that you care enough to document your life with them. If you keep things continue to collect.
I can’t wait until I have some grandchildren to share all of the memories that I have. Enjoy!!!

I have been a fan of Tina’s The Enchanted Home since 2014. She has a beautiful blog and wonderful shopping website for those of us who are fans of blue and white. My friend recently shared with me her purchase from Tina. She bought some blue and white ginger jar ornaments.
They are so lovely. I just had to buy some.

Well, I finally purchased a blue and white tea cup set. I found it on Ebay. It’s funny I didn’t realize it until a few days ago but the same cup that I purchased on Ebay was the same cup that I had on my inspiration grid at work.

This is my inspiration grid. It has things that I love. I have a room in the middle that is from a French hotel. I love the furniture! I have my dream Chanel bag. Peonies from my bouquet last year. A chateau that is for sale in Normandy and last but not least the blue and white tea cup that I found on Pinterest and that I just loved.

This past weekend I decided to take a quick trip to the antique store. It had been a few months since I had gone and my husband was working on a project so I knew it would be the perfect time to run for it!

Has anyone heard of Jane Hodges? She is the author of the lovely book called Linens: For Every Room and Occasion. It has been on my “book list” on Amazon for quite some time now. I recently saw this article in House Beautiful from Jane. It is a wonderful list of how she entertains in the Big Easy.
1) There’s no wrong time to dine…….
“I wanted guests to come and go at their leisure……. people help themselves to small plates, then scattered to different rooms to enjoy.”

Goodness, I have been looking for a blue and white tea cup set for 2 years now! I don’t know what pattern I want but I do know that I want a mid-size cup. I have been on Ebay, Etsy, Google and I just can’t seem to find one that I like. When I do find one it costs a small fortune. So the quest continues. I did find one on Ebay but it’s two of them and I just want one so I don’t know. I may go ahead and buy the set so I can have one at home and one for the office.
I did however go to Pinterest to find inspiration of course….
